In this three-day SENSE Method workshop taught by Mary Debono, you can learn how to release horses’ muscular tension and improve suppleness, balance, coordination and freedom of movement. With Feldenkrais movement lessons, you will also learn how to reduce your stress and tension and improve your flexibility, posture, and coordination. You’ll be introduced to a new way of looking at movement — and at life.
Learn how to:
- Use your hands to help your horse become supple, confident and a better mover
- Sit in balance so you stop interfering with your horse
- Improve your flexibility, coordination and posture
- Use an oft-forgotten part of the anatomy to rejuvenate the spine – for horses and riders!
No need to bring your own horse, as horses will be provided. This is an unmounted clinic and appropriate for all equestrian levels and disciplines.
Tuition is $375 if you register by July 12, and $395 thereafter.
